- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 celery stalk finely chopped
- 2 tbsp red onion finely chopped
- 1 –2 tbsp fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
- Juice of half a lemon
- Bread slices or sandwich rolls whole grain, sourdough, etc.

Mix Ingredients
