For Marination:

1cupthick curdyogurt

For Tawa Roast:
4tbspmustard oil or ghee
2medium onionsthinly sliced
1tspfennel seeds
1tspcoriander seedscrushed

Instructions
πΈ Step 1: Marinate the Mutton
Mix mutton with curd, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
Let it marinate for 2β3 hours, or overnight for best results.

Pressure cook or slow-cook the marinated mutton with a little water until it is 90% cooked. Reserve the broth.
