Add Schezwan sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.
Add the cooked rice and stir gently so the grains don’t break.
Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
Step 3: Garnish and Serve
Turn off heat and add spring onion greens.
Serve hot with extra Schezwan sauce or Manchurian on the side.
