500gfish slicesboneless or bone-in, cleaned
1tbsplemon juice
1½tbspginger-garlic paste
1tspturmeric powder
1½tspred chili powder
1tspcoriander powder
½tspcumin powder
½tspgaram masala
1tbsprice flour or semolinafor crispiness

Instructions
Marinate the Fish
