1cupkhoyamawa – grated
3tbspmaidaall-purpose flour
1tbspmilkor as needed
1/4tspbaking soda
2cupsoil or ghee – for frying

2cupssugar
2cupswater
4–5 cardamom pods – crushed

Instructions
Step 1: Make the Sugar Syrup
