Ingredients

For Sweet Special Lassi:

  • cups chilled curd yogurt – full fat for creaminess
  • ¼ to ½ cup cold water or milk adjust for thickness
  • 3 tbsp sugar or to taste
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ tsp rose water optional but aromatic
  • Crushed ice optional
  • Chopped pistachios/almonds for garnish
  • Saffron strands optional, for flavor & color

Instructions

Step 1: Blend the Lassi

  • In a blender, add chilled curd, sugar, cardamom, and rose water.
  • Add a little cold water/milk to adjust consistency.
  • Blend until smooth and frothy (about 30 seconds).
  • Add crushed ice if you like it extra cold.

Step 2: Garnish and Serve

  • Pour into tall glasses.
  • Garnish with chopped pistachios, saffron strands, or even a touch of cream.
  • Serve immediately for maximum freshness!

🧂 Variations

    🧁 Sweet Mango Lassi:

    • Add ½ cup mango pulp and reduce sugar.

    • Skip sugar and rose water. Add ½ tsp roasted cumin powder + a pinch of black salt.
