- 500 g mutton mince with fat or beef mince
- 1 large onion finely chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes deseeded & finely chopped
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 2 tbsp mint leaves chopped
- 1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
- 1 tsp crushed cumin seeds
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 2 tbsp besan gram flour – dry roasted
- 1 egg for binding
- Salt to taste
For Cooking:
- Oil for shallow frying
- Tomato slices for pressing into patties – optional
