- 1 –2 green chilies finely chopped
- 1- inch ginger grated
- 2 tbsp fresh coriander chopped
- ½ tsp ajwain carom seeds
- ½ tsp amchur dry mango powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
For Cooking:
- Ghee or butter for roasting
Instructions
🔸 Step 1: Prepare Dough
- Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- Gradually add water and knead to form a soft dough.
- Add a little oil, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 20 minutes.

- In a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes and all spices.
- Mix well to combine into a smooth filling. Adjust seasoning as needed.
