- 1 can 400g chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp thyme or Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups vegetable broth or water
- 1 tsp balsamic vinegar for depth
Instructions
Step 1: Roast the Cabbage
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
- Place cabbage wedges on a lined baking sheet.
