- 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- ½ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Sheet-Pan:
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 1 zucchini sliced (optional)
- Olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, combine all marinade ingredients. Add chicken slices and mix well. Let marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight for best flavor).
Preheat Oven:
- Set oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Arrange on Sheet-Pan:
