- ½ tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
For Garlic Sauce:
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1½ tsp garlic paste
- Salt to taste
For Wrap/Serving:
- Pita bread or khubz
- Lettuce or cabbage shredded
- Tomatoes sliced
- Onions thinly sliced
- Pickles optional
Instructions

- Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Add chicken slices and coat well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (overnight for best flavor).
